Shipment tracking
Every consignment is assigned a waybill or tracking number. Scans at collection, hub arrival, hub departure, out-for-delivery and delivered update the status in real time. Proof of delivery

Inspect goods before signing and note any shortage or damage on the POD. A clean signature makes later claims very difficult.
